“Leadership Essentials” is a two-day module that has been specifically designed for those aspiring to or who have recently been appointed to more senior positions.

- Have a strong grasp of good leadership behaviours

- Understand the principles of situational leadership
- Know about different team roles and how to leverage them

Learning outcomes
It would be expected that after attendance at the “Leadership Essentials” Module the delegates would have an in-depth understanding of good leadership behaviours and know how to adapt their leadership style to their audience.
